If a machine is not available, the phone symbol will replace the price on the website. At check-out, the message “ON REQUEST” will appear in red next to the machine on your card. You will receive a separate quotation or information from us during working hours. You can also fill out the contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Yes, if you rent equipment for multiple consecutive weeks, you will be charged for Saturdays and Sundays even if you don’t use the equipment during the weekend. This is because at Avesco Rent, we base our pricing on calendar days instead of working days, as some clients may work on weekends.

There are two ways to do it! You can book a late check-in (until 08:15 day after your final rent day) or you can extend your contract on (your customer account) or by contacting the branch.

You can easily cancel your order by logging into your customer account on, or by contacting us via e-mail at [email protected] or by phone at +370 694 27464. There is no cancellation fee, and you can cancel or postpone your contract for free until the end of the day before the first rental day (as per the closing time of the branch).

However, if you do not come to pick up your equipment on the first rental day, a fee will be applied for that day only. We appreciate your understanding that in this case, we will make the equipment available for other customers to rent.

Any amount credited to your account can be used for future rentals, no cash refund will be provided.

If the rent contract is still ongoing, you can easily change the terms of your contract at Log in into your customer account and you can adapt your contracts according to your needs. You can choose any date for the period that is left for your rental (except the same day) as the last day.

We have the philosophy that you do not need to ask a deposit to your construction world buddy!

If you have a credit limit at Avesco Rent ,no deposit is needed.

If you do not have any credit limit, the payment for the first and following rentals should be done in advance.

If you have your own equipment and wish to use it with our machines, we advise you to pay us a visit before your contract starts and take your equipment with you for a compatibility test. We want that you have no surprises once the work needs to start!

Yes, insurance is included in the price of the machine when booking. The costs for the Basic insurance is 1 EUR per day per equipment. Insurance is always invoiced 7 days throughout the all year (bank holidays included). In case of damage, the machines are repaired according to the type and model (see the franchise and deductible list here). You can lower the possible deductible by adding additional insurance to your cart. We offer the Basic, Classic and “Best Buddy” insurance levels.

All our machines are rented clean and must be returned in the same condition. To save time, order machine cleaning in advance when booking, because it saves you money. Cleaning fee is lower when ordering in advance! In case equipment is returned damaged, not cleaned, or heavily dirty, cleaning and repairing fees are applied. This is also valid if cleaning was booked in advanced, but the machine was returned heavily dirty or damaged.

Our machines are rented with full tank and should be returned with full tank. If not, the applicable fuel fee at the branch is 2,40 eur / l and the amount is charged according to consumption. You can also book our refueling service in advance – this will save you time AND money – when ordering in advance, the fuel fee is lower on return of the machine!

All our construction equipment (excavators, generators, gensets and other devices) are not older than 3 years. They are always maintained by our experts, cleaned and ready to use on pick-up or delivery to your project or jobsite! Let’s do it together!

Unfortunately, our equipment cannot be used outside Lithuania without prior written consent of Avesco Rent branch.

For Vilnius area, you can simply add delivery to your jobsite when booking online. For any further destinations within Lithuania, please contact the branch either by e-mail ([email protected]) or by phone (+370 694 27464) – we will make sure the equipment you have ordered will reach your jobsite (wherever it is!) on time.

Of course! We can deliver all the equipment you order straight to the jobsite. This can be arranged either during the booking process or by contacting the Vilnius branch (if your jobsite is outside Vilnius area) by phone +370 694 27464 or e-mail [email protected]. You can also pick them up (and return) to the branch with your own transport. Or you can rent one of our trailers for the transport of the smaller equipment and tools.

Our branches are open from Monday to Friday from 08:00 till 17:00.
